What is CareFly?
CareFly connects travellers who need assistance (first-time flyers, elderly parents, mobility support, language help) with verified fellow travellers on the same flight.
Can I arrange support on behalf of someone else?
Yes. You can select "I am looking for a Care Companion", fill in the traveller's details, and provide your own contact info to coordinate on their behalf.
How do I volunteer to be a Care Companion?
Switch the toggle to "I would like to be a Care Companion", share your upcoming flight itinerary and language skills. We will notify you when a matching traveller needs help on your route.
What happens after I submit a request?
Our matching engine matches your flight corridor and care needs with available verified companions. You'll receive a confirmation email and live status tracking link.
Can my travel date be flexible?
Yes. Select flexible dates in Step 2 of the form (within 1, 3, or 7 days) to widen your potential companion matches.
