Terms and conditions
Please review these terms before requesting or offering companion support.
What companion support includes
- Help with airport check-in, security procedures and finding the departure gate.
- Guidance through a transit airport, including connecting gates, transit security and terminal transfers.
- Arrival guidance through immigration, customs, baggage collection and the agreed meeting point.
What companion support does not include
- Wheelchair pushing or physical mobility assistance.
- Lifting, carrying or handling luggage.
- Managing personal belongings, health, medication or medical needs.
- Responsibility for passports, travel documents, money or valuables.
Traveller responsibilities
The traveller remains responsible for their documents, belongings, health, medication, valuables, airline requirements and any assistance that must be provided by the airline or an authorised care provider.
Matching and availability
CareFly reviews requests and companion applications before showing approved availability. A route match does not guarantee a confirmed journey. CareFly will contact the relevant people when a suitable match is available.
